If you're unfortunate enough to stay in Norton, KS, this is the place to sleep. Staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean. The location is great - right by the intersection of US 283 and US 36! There's a Casey's adjacent to the property, and the Norton County Hospital is right across the street in case you have a heart attack and need a diagnosis in order to get a life flight to Kearney, NE! If you have a heart attack, leave your pocket knife in your car. You're not allowed to take it on the helicopter, and you probably won't get it back.
The rooms were quiet and clean. The service was impeccable. I will definitely stay there any time im in the ares.

My mom and I overall had a great stay, the staff were all great and accomodating and the breakfast were fantastic each morning. My only complaint is that the window screen rattled in the northern winter wind and kept me up most of the night (I had ear plugs, a hand band over my ears, a fan and white noise) and I could still hear the screen rattle with each wind gust. I put in a request for them to please try and secure the lose screen so it didn't rattle and I was told they couldn't remove the screen. I never requested the removal of the screen, I was only asking them to secure the lose screen so it didn't rattle with each wind gust, even just a piece of duct tape in one lose corner, would have been a nice temporary fix. Thankfully the 2nd night the wind died down and I was able to sleep. Rattling screen aside, the staff were all great and would highly recommend the hotel to any travelers.
Stopped as it was on our route and there was availability. Good check in experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was higher than I would have thought due to the taxes. We were on the backside of hotel, it was quiet.
The rooms were spacious and immaculate and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive. In addition, a wonderful breakfast buffet is included. You really could not find a better place to stay anywhere in town,
